Nice apartments

The maintenance is excellent, the staff is professional for the most part and the grounds are well kept. The laundrymats are in premises and there are several spaced out equally throughout the large apartment complex. The entire year I lived there the pool want working but it appeared to be used when I visited a friend recently. They are dog friendly and the workout rooms are clean and located in each apartment building.

I was at Stratus for a short time when I initially moved to Colorado. Nika Leigh, the property manager, is very accommodating to residents. She is definitely the highlight of this property and when working with her she is extremely attentive to help resolve any kind of issue that comes up. If you are looking to apply here I'd highly advise working with Nika. Nothing short of a great experience with her.

The new management has worked hard to make my stay here as pleasant as possible working hard to get work orders done and the grounds as clean as possible. Some resident s on the other hand have issues following the rules on there lease. Thank you for all the hard work u have put in... I can see some changes since being here.

We have had a great experience with Stratus. Destiny and Reina have been so patient with me during the application process. I'd give them five stars but we haven't moved in yet.

Dunmire Property Management has taken over. They have made such a positivr difference, I am leaving a 5 star review. They are professional and genuinely care about their service and reputation. I love my apartment, and soon I will love my neighborhood even more. Oh, and I just found out that today they are going door to door giving produce from a local farmer's market to all residents. Thank you!

Didn't have know heat and the maintenance guy Christian came and got the heat back on and explained everything he done thanks a lot.
