• Pass a Background Check: We run background checks on all adult prospective residents.  A 7-year review will be conducted to check for all previous misdemeanors and felonies.
• Credit History: We do run credit checks on all adult prospective residents. Qualifications are based on several factors, including but not limited to, FICO scores, Income Verification, Assets, and Liabilities.
• Rental History: We run rental history checks on all adult prospective residents. A 7-year review will be conducted on all previous broken leases and evictions.
